Core Kinetics Pilates in Birch Bay is the newest studio in the Core Kinetics Pilates studio family. We offer private apparatus-based Pilates training, as well small-group classes. Unique to our studio is the variety of classes to choose from, ranging from gentle mat-based Pilates to invigorating Reformer classes. Whatever your fitness levels or goals, we have a class for you!

To view our class schedule, pay for services or sign up for a class, visit our WebScheduler. You must create a login to sign up for classes, and payments must be made at the time of your reservation. Clients can also make reservations via phone or email, and pay with check or cash at the time of the class.

Core Kinetics Pilates strives to offer the highest quality instruction at affordable prices, allowing for clients to truly establish an exercise "habit" as opposed to an occasional exercise "treat." We offer packages of small-group classes and private training that allow for regular, frequent Pilates workouts which will encourage lasting changes in strength, movement and posture.

Our studio is a warm, inviting space which fosters a sense of community and comraderie. We hope to show our clients the joys of balanced, effecient movement, as well as the fusion of our Pilates studio experience with the activities, sports, and adventures they are passionate about.
