I have the sensitivity, strength, patience, and softness needed to fine and work injury sites old or new, and help you release
deeply held soft tissue problems such as trigger points, adhesions, or painfully tight necks and shoulders.  Deep anterior
neck work can be especially helpful if you suffered neck trauma such as whiplash.  Call me with your questions about massage
or treatment options.

As every individual has their own needs and issues, I don't work a routine.  I work for you, and adjust to your needs and what
we find in your body.
